Gary Meyer

Brief Description
Gary Meyer has over 30 years professional experience, focused on hydrogeology since 1984, environmental management since 1994 and geothermal exploration and evaluation since 2004. He has worked in Hungary, Philippines, Vietnam, Canada, USA, Cuba, Uzbekistan, Finland and Brazil on diverse water, geothermal and environmental projects. Mr Meyer has experience in provision of water supplies to mining operations as well as mine dewatering and in the detection, control and assessment of risk at mine site tailings and water storage facilities. He has been involved in environmental baseline studies at several mining and industrial projects and in the development of environmental data management systems. He has developed numerical groundwater flow models for water supply and mine dewatering projects and flow and solute transport models for contaminated sites. Since 2004 a significant focus has been on geothermal mapping, exploration and resource evaluation in both Australia and Hungary. Geothermal targets have included Hot Dry Rock, Deep Buried Sedimentary Aquifer and Deep Buried Fractured Rock types. Prior to 1984 he worked on petroleum and coal exploration projects in Australia.

Helene Wipf

Brief Description
Helene Wipf has over 6 years experience in exploration geology throughout Australia and South-East Asia as well as 2 years experience in the environmental sector including: hydrogeological, geochemical and environmental management projects in the Murray-Darling Basin, SA; and geological oceanographic studies at Dalhousie University, Canada. Helene has covered various commodities within exploration geology and has recently focused on GIS, project management, database management, and OH&S procedures.

Robert Meyer

Brief Description
Robert Meyer joined MWES Consulting in March 2010 after ten years in South Carolina, USA. Robert has over ten years experience in GIS database creation and implementation for mapping and analysis in the hydrogeology, environmental and government fields. Also, he has conducted groundwater sampling using low flow, peristaltic, and Grundfos pump methods within USA EPA standards. Robert has a background in mineral exploration using geophysical techniques in Australia.

Richard O'Donnell

Brief Description
Richard (Don) O'Donnell, Project Scientist, joined MWES with 1.5 years experience in the hydrogeology industry after 6 years in the agricultural industry. Don has gained significant experience in the areas of onsite monitoring & supervision, compliance reporting and project management within the hydrogeology industry and is currently in training to develop a career in Hydrogeology.

Also hands on drilling experience as a Drillers Offsider for mud rotary water well development, reverse circulation sampling and air circulation installation of seepage recovery bores varying from 30 to 90mbgl.

Paul Meyer

Brief Description
Paul Meyer works on a full-time basis with MWES, field work has expanded enough to allow a full time team that is ready to be launched anywhere on the globe. Mostly my work has consisted of Geothermal Exploration located in the Collie basin and Dongara, Coorow leases. When I’m not in the field I work on computer administration from data management/input to general software/hardware maintenance. Then using my Graphic Design qualifications I designed and programmed www.mwes.com.au. Also constructing a wide range of maps, graphs, 3D animations and photography on a need to need basis, all of this is presented in MWES reports, web site and marketing material.
